He's written scores of articles on topics such as core strengthening, sports specific training for beach volleyball athletes, and general Swiss ball conditioning. As a contributor for Fit Magazine, his articles have enjoyed cover-page highlight. Many of Tommy’s written works have been used as continuing education for the International Sports Sciences Association and preparatory courses for the certified personal trainer exam.
